Sam McCord – CEO, Member Partner
Mr. McCord has many years of experience in business operations of executive search, business development and strategic planning, site selection for new manufacturing facilities, project coordination and sales and marketing in the plastics industry. Mr. McCord has represented companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500. He currently is a board member of AMRCC (Advanced Mfg. Research and Collaboration Cluster) and 2007-2008 Chair of the Iowa Biomass Working Group. Mr. McCord is responsible for the overall vision and planning for the future of the business.

Dean Reck – Technical Sales Manager, Partner
Mr. Reck’s background includes designing of plastic and metal components and PCB’s, purchasing and procurement management with Micro Switch Division of Honeywell. In 1989, Dean began a new direction into Sales Engineering with the custom injection molding industry with Iowa and Minnesota based companies. Dean is responsible for the sales, marketing, customer service, project quoting and coordination.

Phil Neville – Recycling Mgr., Partner
Mr. Neville has a strong background as a sales professional with experience in recycling, equipment sales, financial services, and packaging and computer software. He has held positions as a Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager, and General Manager of a major container company and Plant Manager of a recycling company. Phil is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the recycling division.

Mr. Gary Bentrim – Sr. Associate
Mr. Bentrim has a progressive history in Engineering, Manufacturing, Product and Process Development and Facilities Management. Mr. Bentrim is responsible for expanding MCGB’s client base through personal and working relationships throughout the industry with major OEM companies promoting of biobased materials for commercial applications.

Mr. William (Bill) Porter – Associate
Mr. Porter has an extensive background in commercial and technical marketing, productivity engineering, process design and custom formulations for application specific compounds. He has held positions of Technical Marketing Engineer, Marketing Manager of Technical Services, and Commercial Technology Leader for General Electric Co., GE Plastics for over fifteen years. Mr. Porter was recruited by M.A. Hanna to lead and facilitate a field-based technical marketing services organization where he supported and sustained commercial activities and targeted growth prospects. Bill is responsible for providing product development, custom formulations of biobased materials for commercial applications and market intelligence.
